A Lifelong Commitment to Making a Difference
The roots of Support Collective run deep, stemming from a lifelong desire to make the world a better place. As a teenager, our founder was already seeking ways to contribute, pooling lunch money with a friend to donate to charities and sponsor children. This philanthropic spirit evolved into a professional calling.
Right from the start, our founder put her education and dedication—to work in volunteer advocacy. She passionately helped families navigate IEPs and guided individuals through Social Security disability applications. During this same period, she was also sharpening her skills as an Executive Assistant, expertly managing bustling offices, streamlining processes, and supporting CEOs. This invaluable experience, which involved building and leading teams, ultimately led her to collaborate with a variety of leaders across various Fortune 500 companies. Through these varied experiences – observing the intricate needs of both corporate leaders and the profound challenges faced by individuals and families – a powerful realization emerged. The high-level, specialized support often reserved for the corporate world was desperately needed by a wider audience, particularly those who are neurodivergent and communities at large. This understanding ignited the spark to leave the corporate realm and establish Support Collective.
Our initial inspiration was clear: to create a company that would empower business leaders and community members to not just survive, but truly thrive. This vision continues to guide every interaction and service we provide.
